Monthly Sunday Chair Yoga & Slow Restore

A practice to wind down your day. Poses are held longer, lots of breathing, stillness and relaxation.

30 minutes of Restorative yoga poses on the chair.

Required- A chair without wheels, a block and a Mexican blanket

I would suggest having a rolled up blanket (as pictured) or bolster handy, but if you don't have one you could use some couch cushions, bed pillows,- or just do without.
