Chair Yoga - Friday Flow // Yoga en silla - Viernes

Start your day with sun salutations, warriors poses and nice morning stretches' on and off the chair.

Friday classes have a monthly theme and breathwork techniques are introduced.

All you need is a sturdy chair *no wheels for safety* and a bottle of water.

Las clases de los viernes tienen una temática mensual y se introducen técnicas de respiración.

Solo necesitas una silla sin ruedas por seguridad y una botella de agua.

Chair Yoga + Soul

Chair Yoga with an additional 15-minute Meditation portion (optional to remain after chair yoga class to participate in Meditation). 

Meditations will focus on breath and basics or love and kindness. 

All you need is a sturdy chair (no wheels for safety) and a bottle of water.  

This is a free/by donation class

Chair Yoga- Stretch and Strength

Chair Yoga with a little extra.

In this class we will add the use of hand weights (not exceeding 5 pounds- less is more! ) as well as finding a deeper stretch ending with yoga blocks

Monthly Sunday- Chair Yoga + Flow (with Yoga Props)

Focus is on hamstrings & releasing tension in this area.

Back pain or sciatica, both are often related to tight hamstrings. Let's work on loosing that up.

REQUIRED : A Chair, Yoga Mat, Yoga blocks and strap.

No props- no worries. An alternative to a yoga strap is a scarf and about 2 textbook size books for blocks.

Monthly Sunday Chair Yoga & Slow Flow

A practice to wind down your day. Poses are held longer, lots of breathing, stillness and relaxation.

20 minutes of gentle Chair Yoga

20 minutes of Restorative yoga poses on the chair.

Required- A chair without wheels, a block and a Mexican blanket

I would suggest having a rolled up blanket (as pictured) or bolster handy. But if you don't have one you could use some couch cushions, bed pillows,- or just do without.

Recomiendo tener a mano una manta enrollada. Como la de la foto o un cojín.
