Chair Yoga- Stretch and Strength

Chair Yoga with a little extra.

In this class we will add the use of hand weights (not exceeding 5 pounds- less is more! ) as well as finding a deeper stretch ending with yoga blocks

REQUIRED: A chair w/o wheels for safety

-Weights - 1-3 pounds

- Yoga Block

Silla Yoga y fuerza

En esta clase agregaremos el uso de pesas de mano. Que no excedan las 5 libras y termina con bloques de yoga.

SE REQUIERE: Una silla sin ruedas por seguridad.

- Pesas: 1-3 libras.

- Bloque de yoga.
